2021 UCLA CHIPS Workshop
The Center for Heterogeneous Integration and Performance Scaling (CHIPS) is pleased to announce that the 2021 UCLA CHIPS Workshop will be held at the UCLA Luskin Conference Center on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 from 8:00am to 6:30pm.
This year's workshop will feature keynote presentations from UCLA Office of Advanced Research Computing (ORAC), Intel, SkyWater Technology, Harvard, Sheetak and Tesla, and will highlight UCLA CHIPS research efforts since the previous workshop in 2019. The keynote talks will set the tone for poster sessions sponsored by Analog Bits and panel discussion, "Academia's Role in Package Reshoring."
We were delighted at the response to our questionnaire, where the majority of you encouraged us to do this in person. Our students and faculty are back in force, fully vaccinated and regularly tested. Our campus vending machines dispense rapid turn-around saliva tests and the campus has taken several precautions to ensure the safety of our students, faculty and visitors. With this in mind, we are requiring that all guests provide either proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test result taken within 72 hours of the start of the event and all attendees will need to wear their masks when not actively eating and/or drinking. As the situation is everchanging, we will keep you updated on any new developments or regulations.
Registrations are now closed, but if you would like to be wait listed for the workshop, please contact us at email@example.com with any questions or concerns.
We look forward to engaging with you at the workshop.
